I love joining in with Handmade Film Making online course because I adore collecting the memories and noticing the details of daily life… plus we’re focused on shooting and editing on just the phone, so it’s quick and easy to do.
As it happens, this wasn’t a typical “Week In The Life” of daily films. But that’s what’s fun about this project.
You shoot whatever is happening and for this particular week… some days were pretty ordinary, in fact on those days, I was just at my computer, not sure I’d actually shot enough footage.
Then there was a workshop that I hosted at the Apple store on Saturday and a whirlwind trip to Ibiza for 24 hours, for a shoot, so that was a little different and gave me plenty to shoot!
One of the highlights of the course for me is watching everyone’s daily lives taking part in all corners of the world… it’s incredible. Do check out the hashtag for a peek – #handmadefilmmaking
